Call of Duty: The fight against cheating may not be compelling enough

Call of Duty video game studio Treyarch welcomes criticism from gamers about the anti-cheat program. Note that the actions of fraudsters who want to bypass the system are constantly being improved. However, the Ricochet anti-cheat program flexibly adapts to changes.

So, in 2021, an anti-cheat program for a famous game was announced, allowing developers to deal with cheaters effectively. Exciting methods have become known in the fight against fraudulent players. At first, it was invented to take weapons from the players during the game. Also, violators of the order were deprived of the opportunity to interact with other gamers. And the last released update was aimed at third-party devices.

Despite these innovations, cheating flourished because scammers found new ways to bypass the system. And some called such a fight against cheating an insufficiently effective measure. As a result, the studio stated that the fight against cheaters is a constant phenomenon. Again and again, new methods of protection appear. However, scammers come up with practical ways to bypass the system.

The company welcomes criticism from gamers and says it works tirelessly to limit cheating.

Also, according to company representatives, the innovative Ricochet system adapts flexibly, trying to minimize the activities of violators. In general, the struggle continues.
