FIFA 2022 Release Date Is Revealed in a New Trailer

Millions of fans had been waiting for the release date of the next FIFA game and it's recently revealed. The released date of the upcoming game is 1st October 2021. It's going to be a unique football simulator full of innovative features. The title is available to pre-order.

The game will be available at the end of this year on all the popular platforms including PCs, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S as well as PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and even Nintendo Switch. There is no information about any differences between the versions of the game.

The developers stated there will be many novelties in the game. One of the most notable of them is a new patented technology for recording real 11v11 sports called HyperMotion. According to the studio, this will increase the realism in the game. Players can check some features of the new function in the trailer. The mechanic is based on real-life football matches. There are not many revealed facts about HyperMotion, but it uses a new method of scanning players' movements on the field, which will transmit them 1: 1 to the game engine.

In the trailer, EA has shifted its focus from a simulator to real football. The video shows us the football players of numerous top clubs including Paris SG, Chelsea, Tottenham, and many others in real life and FIFA. The Canadian studio wanted to show its audience working on models and animation. Indeed, the graphics are shown in the trailer impress! The camera constantly flies after the players, showing bright moments and dribbling.

However, novelties are not limited to the HyperMotion feature. In FIFA 22, the developers will considerably redesign the goalkeeping system, add new options to Career Mode, VOLTA Football, and so forth.

The cover of the game will feature Kylian Mbappé, striker Paris Saint-Germain. It is his second time appearing on the cover of FIFA. He also helped the developers with working on the HyperMotion mechanic. In general, the game includes around twenty thousand players, more than seven hundred teams, ninety stadiums, and thirty leagues. It’s going to be big, exciting, and innovative! The developers aim to change the world of gaming and football simulators forever.

Electronic Arts reported that new updates and further revealing of their upcoming project will be announced soon. It was not confirmed yet, but fans are waiting for the addition of the online career mode in the game.
