New GTA Is Already Under Development

Rockstar Games has shared information about the further development of GTA series gaming projects. The news turned out to be quite pleasant for fans of the franchise.

The developers said that their task is to surpass the company's previous projects, which have already become hits. Rockstar Games also confirmed that the next part of the Grand Theft Auto series is already in full swing. Unfortunately, no details about this have yet been reported. Such a statement seemed rather unexpected to the fans because support for GTA 5 and Online continues to this day. Almost 10 years after the release of the extreme part of GTA, it remains in great demand in the modern gaming market. The developers encourage fans of the franchise to follow the Rockstar Newswire for official details!

An insider under the nickname AccNGT reported that at the moment Rockstar is engaged in the production of only one game. According to an insider, GTA 6 is the company's only game to be released on current generation consoles. AccNGT also stated that Rockstar is not in the production of Bully 2, so they will be surprised if it is announced. Earlier it became known that Rockstar canceled the development of Bully 2 in 2010 - the game had a ready-made build with 8 hours of gameplay.

In addition, Rockstar has shared details about the version of GTA V: Expanded & Enhanced for next-generation consoles. Information published in a blog on the official website of the studio.

It is noted that the games Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online will appear on game consoles on March 15th. Versions for these consoles will receive new graphics modes with resolutions up to 4K, and image refresh rates up to 60 frames per second. They will also please players with improved textures and draw distance, HDR options, and ray tracing. Additionally, the developers promise faster loading times, improved 3D audio, and platform-specific features such as improved haptic feedback.

PS4 and Xbox One users will be able to transfer both their progress in GTA V Story Mode, as well as their current characters and progress in GTA Online. What's more, a new standalone version of GTA Online for modern consoles will be available for free for the first 3 months.

The new version of GTA Online includes a number of improvements, including the ability to skip the single-player story mode prologue before going online, as well as a brand new GTA Online guide. In addition, the new version also received a new Hao's Special Works auto shop located on LS Car Meet, which will allow players to upgrade selected vehicles to elite ones.
