PS Plus owners of What Remains of Edith Finch will not be able to receive the next-gen patch

If you bought an adventure game on PS Plus, then we have some bad news for you. You won't be able to get a free PS5 upgrade. At the same time, we note that the new consoles will acquire support for high resolutions and 60 fps. And owners of the PS4 or Xbox One version of the game will be able to upgrade the game for free.

As you know, the developer company offered players an updated version on PS5 or Xbox Series. Owners of new items on the consoles of the previous generation will be able to update the game for free. However, this action is not available to owners of the game on PS Plus.

This situation is very disappointing to gamers who expressed their outrage in the comments. A response from the developer, Annapurna Interactive, is still pending.

Note that the novelty is made with high quality and has an interesting plot. The heroine is 17-year-old Edith trying to deal with the curse that left her the only one of her kind. The girl goes on an amazing journey - into the memories of her relatives. Only it can bring victory. The game is exciting and interesting. Not surprisingly, she has received several prestigious awards. Gamers were ecstatic. And now they are extremely unhappy with the inability to get a next-gen patch.
