The Outbound Ghost role-playing game: the developer filed a DMCA against the publisher

A loud scandal erupted in the gaming community. Conradical Games accuses publisher Digerati of violating financial agreements. According to the developers, the publishing company continues to distribute the role-playing game The Outbound Ghost without having any rights to do so. The developers are unhappy that "they did not receive a single dollar from the publisher" for distributing the game. They are convinced that the publisher deliberately understates the income from the game's sale. Also, the publisher allegedly needs to comply with the requirements when solving problems with console ports. Digerati denies these allegations.

As a result, the developer company filed a copyright infringement claim against the publisher Digerati.   

Note that the spectacular role-playing game immediately gained great popularity. The novelty was released on Steam last September, and in November, the video game was released for PS4 and 5. But soon after the release of the game, trouble began. On December 12th, Grinheim, the firm's lead developer, announced the complete termination of Con Radical Games' business relationship with the publisher. In turn, representatives of the company Digerati noted that the developers violated the license agreement. Greenheim countered that the publisher had not paid what it required - namely, payments reflecting the game's sales. The confrontation between companies continues. Alas, from now on, the video game is no longer available to players on Steam.

But the popular novelty is presented on PS 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
