World of Warcraft producer accuses developer company of leaving promising employees

The well-known company Blizzard and the development team of the famous MMORPG World of Warcraft are not too happy with the current situation. One of the producers expressed dissatisfaction with the studio's policy on social networks. The producer notes that the position of the company caused the mass departure of talented professionals. He is convinced that the game's development has suffered significantly from the illiterate policy of the management, in particular, from forcing employees to do office work. Another person left the company that week, and the game's producer predicted things would worsen. Other developers agree with him.

In particular, senior game designer Allison Steele called the return of the firm's employees to the office an extremely unreasonable order from management.

Fans of the game are also very alarmed by this situation. Now the team of creators of the novelty has to redistribute resources, which hurts the game's development and cancels previously planned content.

According to the game's producer, the company does not listen to its employees, which upsets him.
