According to the description, **Microsoft Office 365 Family** should provide access for **up to 6 users**, with **1 TB of OneDrive storage for each user (total 6 TB)**, and each user can install the apps on multiple devices.

However, the product that was delivered is a **pre-activated Office 365 account** that allows usage on **5 devices only** and provides **100 GB of storage**, which is clearly different from what was described.

Please clarify this discrepancy and either:

1. Provide the correct product as described (**Office 365 Family for 6 users with 1 TB per user**), or
2. Issue a **full refund**.

レビュー: This seller acted in a way I consider blatantly dishonest. Faced with a duplicated wrong order, they refused any refund and charged me twice. And when I asked for a minimum amount of help and understanding, they basically slammed the door in my face. An absolutely untrustworthy seller. I strongly advise against this seller as they act dishonestly, provide no support, and their listings are deceptive.
