Bayonetta is a real meat grinder in the style of Devil May Cry 4 and Ninja Gaiden 2. The plot is based on the traditional confrontation between light and darkness. The role of the main character in this action game went to the witch Bayonetta - the only surviving representative of the Umbran witch clan, who from the beginning of time opposed the clan of the Lumen sages. Now Bayonetta will have to fight alone against legions of angels and try to get to the bottom of some truth. The motivation of some characters during the game and individual events are not very clear, but there is a lot of dynamic action in the game, which is basic for any action.
The combat system is easy to learn, but requires a very deep further study. The main character is able to equip weapons on both arms and legs, which gives the combat system freshness. At the beginning of the game, Bayonetta has a set of four barrels, two for each arm and two for each leg. As you progress through the player gets new weapons: a demonic katana, gloves with claws, skates and other interesting weapons. Each combination of weapons involves new sets of hits. The combat system is built not only on the execution of combos and parrying attacks. Bayonetta's arsenal contains a kind of torture attacks that are unique to each type of angel the witch fights against and inflicting devastating damage on them.
